In 2025, on the 5th of November, we have celebrated the Boita Bandana utsav and Danga Bhasa on the occation of Kartika Purnima. Here, we have collected a few Boita Bandana images from my Twitter timeline.
Panchaka or Panchuka is a festival celebrated in Odisha, India. This is celebrated during the last 5 days of Kartika month according to the Odia calander.
This is also callled as Mahapanchaka, Bakapanchaka or Bhismapanchaka. Also known as BIshnupanchaka. Those, who can't celebrated Habishya during Karika masa, celebrate these five days.
Some people also clebrated 7 days of panchaka from the Anala Navami after the Radha Pada darshana.
During these days, poeple eat pure veg food only. According to legends, the cranes don't eat non-veg during these five days.
