Summer Arrived With The Attractive Smell of Jasmin


Jasmine Flower (Odia: ମଲ୍ଲୀ ଫୁଲ) is a genus of shrubs and vines in the olive family (Oleaceae). It contains around 200 species native to tropical and warm temperate regions of Eurasia and Oceania. Jasmines are widely cultivated for the characteristic fragrance of their flowers. A number of unrelated plants contain the word "Jasmine" in their common names.

Summer is the time for the blossom of Jasmin. The smell of this flower always attracts people in the evening. The night is the best time for spreading the good smells. This flower blossoms in the evening and with its good smell the night becomes more attractive.


In the morning, people use to collect the flowers from the trees and these are used in different works like offering to lord, making some Gajra or necklace.
