Sabitri Brata of Sabitri Osha is a festival celebrated in Odisha and some other places outside Odisha. This festival is celebrated on the Jyestha Amabashya which is also known as Sabitri Amabashya.
On this festival, married women do fasting and offer puja to the lord for the long life of their husband. One of our friend Anand had sent some photos of the Sabitri Brata puja from his home.
